Busy Bee Therapy, LLC is owned by Ashley Brigman. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA), and is licensed to practice speech language pathology in the state of South Carolina.  She is also a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), and is a member of the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology.

Ashley received her Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. She has provided speech therapy within the public school setting and in-clinic Private Practice. 

During her professional career, Ashley has had the opportunity to work with children with Autism, Developmental delays, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy, receptive/expressive language disorders, fluency disorders and articulation/phonological disorders. She has received specialized training in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and basic sign language.
